Last updated: May 13, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using OpsBox ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App. These Terms apply to all merchants ("you," "your") who install OpsBox from the Shopify App Store.
Description of Service
OpsBox is an Order Swap-first operations app for Shopify merchants, with catalog recovery and B2B buyer tools included as supporting modules:
- Order Swap: Edit fulfillment line items on existing orders without modifying the financial order record.
- Catalog Recycler (PhantomSKU): Bulk CSV upload to update archived Shopify product listings via background processing.
- B2B Portals: Manage wholesale buyer accounts with cohort settings, discount rates, and credit limits.
Shopify Platform
OpsBox operates as an embedded application within the Shopify Admin. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service. OpsBox relies on Shopify APIs and your continued access to those APIs. We are not responsible for changes to Shopify's platform, API availability, or your Shopify account status.
Billing and Payments
OpsBox offers OpsBox Starter at no charge and OpsBox Pro at $49 per month with a 14-day trial. Starter includes single order swaps, up to 10 B2B buyers, and manual catalog uploads up to 250 rows with up to 5 manual runs per calendar month. Pro includes Order Swap bulk actions, unlimited B2B buyers, Advanced AR rules, manual catalog uploads up to 2,000 rows with unlimited runs, PhantomSKU schedules, and catalog rollback.
All charges for the Pro plan are processed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. By approving a subscription, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your account. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide to the App, including B2B buyer information and CSV uploads.
- You are responsible for understanding the effects of order swap operations on your fulfillment workflow.
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the data you collect and process through the App.
Data Handling
Our collection, use, and protection of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using OpsBox, you consent to the data practices described therein. When you uninstall OpsBox, all data associated with your store is automatically deleted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpsBox and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of OpsBox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
You may stop using OpsBox at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by Shopify's policies.
